Kann man irgendwie auslesen|ausgeben wieviel Beitrage man generell schon im Blog geschrieben hat bzw sich im Blog befinden?

I?d like to display the files frame to visitors. How can I link my files so, that anybody can watch, choose and listen to my files. By just linking it, membership is recommended. Anyway I don?t want anybody to get opportunities to edit my files...just to listen to it. please help.

Can anyone talk to me a little bit about goodies...I'm wondering what happens if a pdf file is loaded as a goodie...also wondering about powerpoint files?
