i bet this question has been answered before, but...

i live in California, western United States. how do i switch the time zones so that people who read my weblog don't think i'm updating at 4 AM?

I changed my main-template in some way (I am NOT more than a beginner in these things, sorry), dont know, if this is the cause, but: Netscape (4.7) does not show inserted pictures right anymore - the pictures "slide" over the previous text/posts. Any idea, what I made wrong? Thanks for hints and tips :-)
