Backlinks Macro

I've had little success getting this macro to work...

I've tried creating a new story with nothing but the macro in the text body, and I've inserted the macro in the story skin.

In the former case, I get the "macro not allowed in sandbox" message, in the latter, it simply doesn't appear.

What am i doing wrong?
