Admin a antville weblog site

I have install the antville program along with the server that comes with it and I wanted to know how do I control who signs up for a blog? Is there a admin control panel that i have now found . How would you delete someone say that has porn on their blog etc and you want to remove their blog ? I can see in the static\images folders for anyone that makes a blog but would that delete them if their folder was delete ? Sorry if this has all been ask before but I looked and didn't see anything on this . Edit: I guess you just have to go in to the server.properties un # the line out and go to your url/manage and can do everything there I see ..
