kann mir jemand deppensicher erklären, wie ich meinem antville-blog beibringe, daß es eine bestimmte URL anpingt? geht das überhaupt?

[edit] as there's no response up to now, maybe it helps when I try in english: can anyone tell me (possibly without too much tech talk) how to 'ping' a specified URL? where's the antville button for that, if there's one at all? thanks in advance!
