Skinning Antville

Dear Sir, Much to my surprise let me congratulate you for this fine service. However the skinning for the blogging tool seems to be quite complecated when compared to other systems operating out of a single template. please discuss in details as to how to effectively use skinning a changing it causes problems accessing menus etc. Please advise..
