After playing with Antclick for a while: Is there a way to adjust the skin of the "homepage", i.e. the place where all updated weblogs are shown? (Slangword: "Frontpage Weblog")

nicht wirklich ein problem, nur eine frage.

manche browser - z. bsp. netscape, mozilla - erlauben die verwendung mehrerer stylesheets, zwischen denen der user umschalten kann. erfordert natürlich die verwendung externer stylesheets - statt des internen, den man in der "stylesheet"-skin produziert. das wäre kein problem für mich, da ich webspace habe, auf den ich die stylesheets auslagern könnte. es kommt mir aber ein wenig unelegant vor, die inhalte und die stylesheets an verschiedenen orten zu deponieren.

deswegen habe ich mich gefragt, ob es eine möglichkeit gibt, stylesheets in meinem weblog so zu deponieren, dass sie als externe styleshees behandelt werden könnten. eigentlich müsste das doch im goodiepool möglich sein: wenn dort .mp3-files liegen, könnten dort doch auch .css-dateien deponiert werden, und wenn man wüsste, welche url dieselben produzieren, könnte man sie auch in die head-Angaben schreiben. oder ist das ein ganz verkehrter gedanke?

warum ich das überhaupt frage: ich würde gerne für archivierungszwecke einen print-stylesheet bauen, der alle navigations- und dekorationselemente in meinem weblog unsichtbar setzt und auf eine für den druck besser geeignete schrift zurückgreift...

It's just a minor problem, but I am a bit annoyed by having to login again each time after I close my browser. I noticed I have three antville-cookies, avPW (expires in a year), avUsr (in a year), and HopSession (which is per session). If I want to stay logged in from this computer, is it enough to modify that cookie, or is there maybe some other way to do this?

I only want friends and family to signup to my private weblog. I thought I could control access by NOT selecting public weblog in my weblog preferences, but my tests showed I could not register at my weblog. Does "private" mean party of one? Does this means I would have to make my weblog public for my friends and family to signup and once they are all signed up go private?

Opening the site to the public defeats the whole purpose of having a private weblog in the first place. Is there another way? Is there some way for people to subscribe to the "private weblog" (subscription is optional when public) and once subscribed I can prevent further subscriptions?

are HTML tags not supported by antville. When will antville support the tag?

The subsequent discussion did raise an interesting point in that Antville can only support 1 DOCTYPE at a time. What happens with old valid DOCTYPE HTML stories when a new DOCTYPE is defined in the main skin? Do they simply become invalid under a new DOCTYPE?
