XML-RPC
hi all, I am using an antville-instance with macnews.de I recently read a post here mentioning ecto and I have tested MarsEdit myself.
I would like to use either one or both of them, however failed so far to enter the correct XML-RPC-API in order to get the desktop clients to work with the back end.
Anyone a clue? (I did read a number of the postings, but didn't find an anwer, albeit a related article, which nonetheless did not answer my request; I also contacted the provider, who couldn't help me yet).

Hi dm42,
have done as u suggested, however, it doesn't seem to work @ this point. The provider offered the antville-driven blog without support, but they still helped me quite a lot and let me know the API-call.
But that didn't do the trick, so I guess they either aren't aware themselves or - on purpose or accidentally - blocked that call (probably intentionally for security concerns or similar).
Nonetheless, thanks a lot for ur help! (@ least I can state for the time being that it doesn't work in this particular provider's scenario)
