I need to modify the "Login" form/skin that a visitor to my blog sees when he wants to leave a comment. But this skin is missing under the list of skins. Can anyone point me to where I can find it?

Download your layout and upload it again. Go to "Skins" -> "Modified Skins" and you will find all the skins that you had no access to before. "Login form" is one of these.
