antville just doesn't take any new weblogs at the moment.
Maybe the number of "public weblogs" changes a little from time to time when existing weblogs switch from "private" to "public" or back. But it's sure not increasing every minute.

Now there are 2746 public blogs. When creating a new blog was desabled a few weeks ago, there were ca. 2740 blogs.
