users can change the titles of their sites, but not the URLs. the URLs are not that important anyway, they're just handles, pointers to the respective sites, but users are dealing with the _title_ most of the time anyway.
but if it's really important to change the URL, i guess you can bug the antville administrators (over there), they are the ones who can fiddle with that sort of things.
