Antville & Mail Forms? (with Perl)

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good mail form perl script - for i.e. a "Contact form" and the likes.

I currently use a simple script named d-mail.pl on my antville installation. The html code integrates fine with antville stories, but you have to define a static html code for an outro page ("Thanks for your input.." etc.). Besides that, it is only good for entering email-adresses.

So, anyone who uses a good form perl script? It should be able to use multiple input lines and a redirection to a (dynamic antville) page.
